杨睿,博士,讲师,硕士生导师,心理研究与咨询中心教师,硕士研究生导师。主要从事:员工-组织关系、领导力、人工智能背景下的人机协作、工作投入与工作狂行为、心流体验等相关课题的研究。
主持四川省哲学社会科学重点研究基地课题、中央高校科研启动项目;主研国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家社会科学基金一般项目、四川省科技厅重点研发项目等科研项目。
负责本科生课程《交通社会与心理学》,参与讲授研究生课程《心理建模与人工智能》、《高级心理统计》、《心理学交叉与前沿》等。近年来在Frontiers in Public Health, Social Behavior and Personality, Sustainability等国际期刊和国内期刊上发表论文多篇。
