The meeting on the experience exchange and paper review on the employees’ mental health education for Sichuan Electric Power Company was hosted recently by Sichuan Mental Health Education Research Society. Ning Weiwei (the chairman of Sichuan Mental Health Education Research Society), He Pu (the director-level consultant of Sichuan Electric Power Research Institute of the State Grid), and Wang Xiaochuan (the secretary of Sichuan Maintenance Company of the State Grid) participated in the meeting.
Ning Weiwei delivered a keynote speech, saying that Sichuan Mental Health Education Research Society will continue its efforts in promoting the research on the theory and practice of mental health education for enterprise employees. After praising the accomplishments achieved in employee assistance program and psychological care for employees by Sichuan Electric Power Inc, Professor Ning stressed that Sichuan Mental Health Education Research Society will strengthen its efforts in the following aspects. First, it will work out an even clearer working plan, enrich the content of employee assistance program and employees’ mental health education. Second, it will endeavor to realize the localization of mental health education and combine mental health education with ideological and political education. Third, the enterprise has realized that to achieve sustainable development, it is highly necessary to inspire life enthusiasm, passion, and sense of happiness, realizing the standardization, institutionalization, normalization and specialization of mental health education work.
Wang Min (the director of Party-mass work department of Ziyang Power Supply Company), Zeng Wenshen (the director of Party-mass work department of Sichuan Electric Power Research Institute), Kong Deshi from Sichuan Power Supply Center, Tang Dongbin (the director of Party-mass department of Bazhong Power Supply Company), Wang Xiaochuan (the secretary of Sichuan Maintenance Company) also delivered speeches at the meeting.
