The session began with a round of self-introduction, during which the students explained their reasons for coming, shared the impact of the epidemic on themselves and their families, and put forward their expectations.

During the session, the students expressed that during the epidemic combating the negative psychological state is a common problem faced by many people. Madam Gao responded that by doing some small things under control could help us fight against the sense of loss of control. Then Madam Gao also helped the students clarify the ways in which they and their families can gain a sense of control under the influence of the epidemic.

In addition, Madam Gao introduced the psychology knowledge such as attribution theory and cognitive behavioral therapy to the students, hoping to help them better face the difficulties in life, establish good interpersonal relationships, and solve their emotional problems.
