On April 28, the Ministry of Education held a press conference to introduce the progress of the construction and application of thenational educational wisdom platform. Specifically, three major dynamic subjects: "Fighting the Epidemic", "Mental Health" and "Winter Olympic Games" were newly launched on the national educational wisdom platform. These three subjects all embody the educational concept of "health first" and focus on the theme of cultivating students' all-round development. They are the important resources to support students' physical and mental health as well as all-round development. The special subject "Mental Health" is composed of "Excellent Courses", "Micro-courses on Psychology", "Online Interaction", and "Psychological Assistance Hotline".

The micro-course “How to Cope with Exam Anxiety under the Epidemic” taught by Gao Fei and Ran Liwen was launched among the first batch of the “micro-courses on psychology” under the category of “excellent courses”.

At the same time, the course "Psychological Education" created by Professor Ning Weiwei’s team from the Psychological Research and Counseling Center (PRCC) was selected into the "excellent course" section. This is another major achievement after PRCC’s first batch of 15 MOOC courses entered the national educational wisdom platform on March 28. On the subject of mental health, the curriculum resources of 10 universities, including Tsinghua University, Beijing Normal University, Southwest Jiaotong University, Zhejiang University, and Jilin University, were selected. This has fully demonstrated the accomplishments of the construction of mental health online education resources in Southwest Jiaotong University in recent years.
