On June 17th, 2022, the Psychological Research and Counseling Center (PRCC) held a graduation ceremony for the graduates of the year 2022. On this hot summer afternoon, all the graduates gathered in the conference room to draw a perfect full stop for their college days.

Here, graduates sang the national anthem, injecting their youth into the melody and songs. As the young people in the new era, graduates would not forget their original intentions. Instead, they would work hard and contribute to the construction of their motherland with enthusiasm.

Here, director Chenhua delivered a speech full of sincerity and expectations.

Here, the conferment ceremony was solemnly held. At this moment, the student’s strenuous efforts became precious and worthwhile. On this shining day, they eventually received their own reward.

Here, two teacher representatives of the PRCC, Mr. Fei Weibao and Madam Feng Guo, spoke on behalf of all the teachers of the PRCC. Mr. Fei expressed his wishes and expectations for the graduates, and Madam Feng’s humorous speech added a strong touch to the graduation ceremony.

Here, teachers and students watched the video clips of blessings from teachers and alumni together. Every blessing was full of encouragement and expectations.

Here, the representatives of the graduates spoke on behalf of all the graduates. Recalling their college days, they felt that although the days were rushing, they were full of confidence in the way ahead.

Here, Secretary Liu Yongmei presented certificates to the class directors for alumni affairs. They would become the bridge between the alma mater and alumni.

Here, the students solemnly swore:

We will adhere to the motto of SWJTU, which is "Diligence, Ambition, Decisiveness, and Loyalty”, and practice the psychological philosophy of "Loving yourself well, respecting and embracing life"; we will live up to the teachings of our teachers, the cultivation of our alma mater, and the expectations of our parents and our country; we will try to be the best of ourselves, to be a happy person, to add glory to our alma mater, and to add splendor to the Chinese dream.

Here, the students received special and precious graduation gifts. There were blessings from teachers, senior brothers and sisters who have graduated, as well as junior brothers and junior sisters. There were gift boxes with exquisite photo albums and golden rice ears. There were bear dolls with the exclusive logo of the PRCC and the exclusive student ID. There were customized Coca Cola carrying the blessings from the PRCC.

It was here that graduates shared cakes, reminisced about their unforgettable college days amidst the delicious food, the sound of communication, and the cheer for graduation!

Students and teachers hugged each other, took photos and bid farewell to each other. This was the warmth left in the memory, and this was the power for the graduates to embrace tomorrow.
