In order to help the first-year students adapt to college life smoothly, the psychological assessment of the first-year students, including both the undergraduate and graduate students, is scheduled to be completed by the end of the 11th week. To ensure successful completion of this psychological assessment, the Psychological Research and Counseling Center (PRCC) held a psychological assessment mobilization meeting in the meeting room X5501 at 10 a.m. on November 4. The meeting was attended by the leaders in charge of mental health work from all schools and the counsellors who would participate in the coming assessment.
First, Mr. Jiang Hongbo from the PRCC introduced the content and schedule of the psychological assessment for the first-year students.
Then, Mr. Xiao Fang from the PRCC explained in detail the specific operation procedures and work flow of the freshmen assessment system and how to organize students to carry out the psychological assessment in an orderly manner. At the same time, he answered all kinds of questions from the counselors.
Finally, Professor Chen Hua, director of the PRCC, made a concluding speech, emphasizing the importance and necessity of psychological assessment of the first-year students. Professor Chen urged everyone to do a good job in this psychological assessment and the follow-up return visits, and expressed heartfelt thanks to all teachers and counselors engaged in the coming assessment work.
With that ended fruitfully the psychological assessment mobilization meeting, and the follow-up work will be carried out in an orderly manner as planned.
