On the afternoon of December 8th, 2022, a mind-empowerment activity was held by the trade union of the Psychological Research and Counseling Center (PRCC) in the meeting room X5501. Invited by the trade union of the PRCC, Madam Liu Di, who is good at using music for group coaching, carried out a mind-empowerment activity entitled "Flying your soul and singing with your heart" for teachers. The activity was hosted by Madam Sun Chenli from the PRCC.

As introduced by Madam Sun, this mind-massage activity could relieve the teachers of the working stress and make them feel refreshed.

Then, Madam Liu Di explained the process of the activity and led the teachers to experience the charm of music physiotherapy.

The first phase was relaxation to music. The teachers participating in the activity closed their eyes and meditated under the soothing music.

After the relaxation, Madam Liu shared her feelings after appreciating the music and inspired everyone to feel grateful for life.

Next was the poem recitation accompanied by the background music. Madam Liu Di invited Madam Sun Chenli to recite "The Voice of Hometown". Madam Sun first explained her understanding of the poem and then recited the poem to the melody of the music. Through her wonderful recitation, all the teachers experienced the appeal and fun of the activity.

The last phase was to sing for the future. The teachers hummed softly to the music video "Tomorrow Will Be Better". This mind-empowerment activity enabled everyone to fully feel the powerful healing energy of the music and helped them feel refreshed.
