In classroom 4158 in the evening of September 15, 2015, Madam Zhang Xuewei gave a mental health education lecture entitled “A Sunshine Mentality Leads to A Happy Life” to the freshmen of the School of Mathematics.
Madam Zhang’s lecture covered most of the problems the freshmen might encounter in their daily life, learning process, and interpersonal communication. Based on her knowledge of psychology, Madam Zhang gave the students suggestions on how to know themselves, how to tap their potential, how to manage their emotion and stress, how to improve their interpersonal communication skills, and how to live a happy college life. In the end, Madam Zhang stressed that a sunshine mentality led to a happy life.
