近日，李启明副教授等《Personality and Individual Differences》（JCR1区）发表题为《The construction of the Dark Triad traits and the relationships with ageism: A three-year longitudinal study of adults aged 18–60 years in China》的论文。
黑暗三联特征是由自恋、马基雅维利主义和精神病三个相互关联，但又相对独特的人格特征构成。目前，黑暗三联征的关系结构及其三者之间是否存在相互影响效应都还不清晰，因此研究团队采用三年三次的追踪设计和交叉滞后的分析方法，以探究青年和中年的黑暗三联特征的构念关系。研究发现，青年和中年的马基雅维利主义和精神病态之间存在交叉滞后预测作用，二者之间存在相互累积效应，但自恋具有相对独立性，仅青年的精神病态可单向预测自恋。

老年歧视作为一种普遍的社会现象对代际凝聚力，以及社会和谐与健康发展都会产生负面影响，并对积极老龄化造成了重大挑战。因此研究团队进一步探讨青年和中年群体黑暗三联特征与老年歧视的因果关系。

研究发现，青年和中年的马基雅维利主义和精神态度都能正向预测老年歧视，以及青年马基雅维利主义与老年歧视存在交叉预测效应，但不存在于中年群体。

此外，研究发现，自恋对老年歧视的预测具有不稳定性，仅T2自恋能预测T3老年歧视。
